As an alternative, the Phase Inspection Package will provide for inspection of all stages of construction of a single residence. The Phase Inspection Package provides for a minimum of five inspection visits covering the three major stages of construction and two incidental check up visits as determined by the Inspector. A benefit of the Phase Inspection Package allows the Client to contact the Inspector throughout the construction process with any questions the Client may have until the residence is substantially completed. The Inspector also routinely takes photographs in all inspections, which, in the case of new construction, may provide a beneficial visual record of specific aspects of construction later hidden by the finished product. Phase Inspection The term, Phase Inspection, refers to inspections conducted during the construction of a new residential structure.
